Cookies and similar technologies store or read information on a device. They can be session-based or persistent, first-party or third-party.
Strictly necessary: security, load balancing, form operation, language, consent preference and essential session functions. These operate where necessary without consent.
Analytics: audience measurement and service improvement. Activated only after consent where required.
Functional: optional features such as embedded maps, chat, video or enhanced preferences. Activated only after consent where required.
Advertising: campaign measurement, retargeting and profiling. Activated only after valid consent where required.
The site stores your consent choices in bc_consent for 180 days. With advertising measurement enabled, bc_src stores campaign tags, the landing page and the capture date for up to 90 days from the latest tagged visit; ordinary browsing does not renew that period. Withdrawing advertising consent deletes this record. These are first-party browser-storage records, held on your device. Google Tag Manager and its Google Analytics tag are loaded only after an optional measurement choice is enabled. Phone clicks, sales-email clicks, email copying and successful form submissions are measured when analytics consent is enabled. Fathom provides separate audience and interaction statistics. The current Google and Fathom provider settings and any additional storage must be checked alongside this first-party register.
Non-essential tags must remain blocked until the user actively consents. Reject must be as accessible as accept. Users must be able to change or withdraw consent at any time through a persistent cookie-settings link.
Tag Manager itself may be used to deploy tags, but it must not be configured to fire non-essential analytics or advertising before the required consent.
Browser settings can delete or block cookies, but disabling necessary cookies may affect website operation.
